Features of the Concentrator

The Inogen One G3 portable oxygen concentrator provides the independence of all previous Inogen One concentrators, but in a smaller size, with less weight, and producing more oxygen at each setting.

This device is lightweight enough to be transported without the need for carts or backpacks, providing great autonomy. However, if needed, it can also be purchased separately.

With the Inogen One G3 oxygen concentrator rental, you will not run out of oxygen. Additionally, it only weighs 2.2 kg. and has been designed to meet all the patient's oxygen needs, both at home and away from home.

Advantages of the Concentrator Service

Throughout the rental period of the concentrator, you will have the following services:

• Delivery to the specified address so you don't have to do anything, according to the type of transportation you have chosen previously.
• Store pickup in case of urgent need or if none of the transportation options suit your needs.
• Direct debit of the fee to avoid bothering you with calls or messages. When you no longer wish to continue renting your equipment, you just have to notify us 10 days in advance to arrange the pickup, either by any of the active means we have (phone, email, or WhatsApp).
• Quick instruction guide so you know how it works, the minimum maintenance you need to do to the device, and our contact details if you need to ask us anything.
• Telephone assistance to resolve any doubts you may have about the operation of the equipment.
• Direct communication through various means (phone, chat, email, WhatsApp, and 24-hour assistance).
• Technical service and advice if the device presents any malfunction. If it needs to be replaced, we will proceed with an identical or similar device (depending on availability). Once repaired, we will send you back your original equipment.
• Just like in delivery, the pickup can be done at the address you indicate or at the store.

Formalization of the Rental

The rental requires a security deposit of €400.00, which is paid along with the first monthly payment. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart at the time you choose and add the equipment duration.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment, with deductions made for any expenses incurred due to the loss of parts and/or accessories included with the equipment and/or damages to the equipment and/or its accessories.
