You can have your oxygen equipment with you at all times, not have to watch the clock every time you leave home, or carry heavy devices. Use it anywhere and whenever you want.

This concentrator is one of the quietest on the market (only 39 dBA, equivalent to the noise level of a library) and very easy to carry thanks to the cart, weighing only 3.7 kg.

Advantages of the Concentrator Service

Throughout the time you have the concentrator, you will have the following services:

• Delivery to the specified address so you don't have to do anything, and according to the type of transportation you have chosen previously.
• Store pickup in case you need it urgently or none of the transportation options suits you.
• Direct debit of the fee to avoid bothering you with calls or messages. When you no longer wish to continue renting your equipment, you just have to notify us 10 days in advance to arrange the pickup, either through any of the active means we have (phone, email, or WhatsApp).
• Quick instruction guide so you know how it works, the minimum maintenance you need to do to the device, and our contact information if you need to ask us anything.
• Telephone assistance to resolve any doubts you may have about the operation of the equipment.
• Direct communication through various means (phone, chat, email, WhatsApp, and 24-hour support).
• Technical service and advice if the device has any malfunction. If a replacement is needed, we will proceed with an identical or similar device (depending on availability). Once repaired, we will send you back your original equipment.
• Just like with delivery, pickup can be done at the address you provide or at the store.

Rental Formalization

Rental requires a security deposit of €900.00 to be paid along with the first monthly payment. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart when you choose and add the equipment duration.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment, minus the costs incurred for lost parts and/or accessories included with the equipment and/or for damages caused to the equipment and/or its accessories.
