The output filter is intended to protect the user against inhalation of small particles present in the gaseous product stream. The Inogen One G5 or Rove 6 device contains an output filter, conveniently located behind the detachable cannula fitting nozzle.
The particulate filters should be cleaned once a week to ensure uniform airflow. Remove the filters from the front and rear of the device. Clean the particle filters with water and a mild liquid detergent; rinse them with water and dry them before using them again.
