Features of the Equipment

The portable oxygen concentrator Inogen One G3 provides independence from all previous Inogen One concentrators, but in a smaller size, with less weight, and producing more oxygen at each setting.

This device is lightweight enough to be carried without the need for carts or backpacks, providing great autonomy. However, if needed, it can also be purchased separately.

With the rental of the Inogen One G3 oxygen concentrator, you won't run out of oxygen. Additionally, it only weighs 2.7 kg and has been designed to meet all the oxygen needs of the patient, at home and away from home.

Advantages of the concentrator service

Throughout the time you have the concentrator, you will have the following services:

• Delivery to the specified address so you don't have to do anything, and according to the type of transport you have previously chosen.In-store pickup if needed urgently or if none of the transport options are suitable.
• Bank domiciliation of the fee so you won't be bothered with calls or messages.
• When you no longer wish to continue renting your equipment, you just have to notify us 10 days in advance to arrange the pickup, either through any of the active means we have (phone, email, or WhatsApp).
• Quick instruction guide so you know how it works, the minimum maintenance you need to do to the device, and our contact information in case you need to ask us anything.
• Telephone assistance to resolve any doubts you may have about the operation of the equipment.
• Direct communication through different means (phone, chat, email, WhatsApp, and 24-hour assistance).
• Technical Service and advice if the device has any malfunction.
• If it needs to be replaced, we will proceed with an identical or similar device (depending on availability).
• Once repaired, we will send you back your original equipment. Like delivery, pickup can also be done at the address you provide or at the store.

Rental Formalization

The rental requires a deposit as a BOND of €400.00 which is paid along with the payment of the first monthly payment. This will be automatically added to the shopping cart when you select and add the equipment duration.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment, deducting from the amount the expenses caused by the loss of parts and/or integral accessories of the equipment and/or damages caused to the equipment and/or its accessories. After making the payment, we will contact you to inform you of the necessary documentation we need to guarantee the service. Don't worry, this is the last step of the process and it's very simple.
