The Threshold PEP secretion eliminator has a unidirectional valve independent of the flow rate that guarantees stable resistance values, giving the health professional the possibility of regulating the pressure values (in cm. of H2O).
When the patient breathes out through the Threshold PEP, the resistance applied by the device helps to open the airways and allows the secretions to clear during coughing exercises.
